  • Yes - the plastic bottles are made from 100% recycled PET and are also fully recyclable, the caps are made from fully recyclable PP and the labels are paper, also recyclable. PLEASE ALWAYS DISPOSE OF YOUR BOTTLE AND CAP IN THE RECYCLE BIN.

  • Yes, the factory has a number of certifications but the important ones for the UK and Europe are BRC and IFS. The factory has IFS Higher level and BRC AA+ certification, which is the highest level of accreditation (the + meaning audits are conducted on an unannounced basis) so the facility always operates at this level.

  • Yes, all our seasonings can be used with conventional cooking methods.

  • Ha-ha – Yes, we have heard that already. We think it’s because they’re actually really tasty, can be used together to make taste and texture combo‘s and very easy to use in a simple cook process. We love them and are always crazy excited to find new recipes or new food products to put them on (like the Crisp it up on a mini Babybel)  scan the QR code on the cap for video recipe

  • Yes, all our ingredients, production and packaging conform to a recognised sustainability and social responsibility program

  • We produce in plastic for a number of reasons but mainly for sustainability and safety reasons. We only use rPET (100% recycled PET) for the bottles, that are light weight, and have a larger internal capacity than glass, therefore we can carry more product than heavy packaging in transit, reducing the carbon footprint at the same time. There is also no risk of breakage in production, in transit or in the home, providing a safer product without compromising shelf life (offering up to 3 years BBE from production).

  • Yes, there is a facility to buy as many bottles as you like of any product – remember though the postage price may be the same for 1 bottle as for 12 bottles so keep an eye on your best cost option.

  • We fully intend to increase the range of innovative concepts as well as pantry essentials. Keep an eye on this site and social media to see more or contact us to tell us what you want us to add for your culinary journey?

  • We only use factories with a strict NO PEANUT policy or a NO NUT policy. Most of our products are completely allergen free, but please check the ingredient declarations on the label or on the box. Anything written in bold indicates an allergen.

  • Our products are mostly made from plant-based ingredients (herbs, spices, seeds) and often blended with natural flavours, salts and sugars. Occasionally we will have products that contain milk powder or lactose (e.g. Crisp it up) which whilst suitable in a vegetarian diet may not meet vegan requirements. Always check the ingredient list on the label (or on the product web page), we will always highlight lactose and milk in bold for clear identification.

  • We confidently offer up to 3 years shelf life from the date of production, using a BBE mark (Best Before End date) printed on the bottle. This means that the product is at its best up to the date printed. Note – it may well be perfectly usable after that date if stored correctly. Don’t confuse this with a “USE BY” date (often found on fresh or chilled produce) that must be consumed by that date for safety reasons.

  • Yes, we only source GMO free ingredients

  • We aim to keep our recipes as clean and simple as possible. Occasionally the functionality of the product may require an anti-caking agent, or preservative, but all our products are tasty, functional, clearly labelled and above all safe to consume.

  • Our products are designed to be recycled and are not only recyclable, but where possible sourced from 100% recycled material too.  The only aspect of our product that can’t yet be recycled is the induction seal (tamper seal) that sits under the cap and that you remove before use. We are looking to replace this with a functional recyclable option when one comes available.
