We have full traceability on all our ingredients, through our sourcing partners we achieve a robust, sustainable supply chain to consistently source premium quality ingredients.

75% of the of raw material we use will have been purchased directly in the country of origin building local awareness on the importance of a strong sustainability program for European retailing. It also allows our partners to help farmers, and consolidators overcome challenges they may face locally, such as the overuse of fertilisers or pesticides, employ effective waste management programs and good agricultural practices.

To help us do this our partners participate in programs such as BSCI and SEDEX.

We are totally committed to protecting and respecting the planet. Our plastic bottles are made from 100% recycled PET and are also fully recyclable, making them as environmentally friendly as is possible. The bottle caps are also made from fully recyclable PP and the labels are paper, also 100% recyclable. 

We have chosen recycled plastic to minimize our impact on the environment. Glass is often considered the environmental choice - but because of the weight and fragility of glass, as well as the energy required for production and recycling, it is our belief that recycled and recyclable plastic is safer than glass and reduces the environmental impact.

To avoid any risk whatsoever of cross-contamination, our production partner applies strict measures in terms of production planning, cleaning and testing when any allergen or high-risk raw materials enter the production facility. This is a standard operating practice which is measured and recorded on a daily basis, then reviewed as a part of the BRC and IFS plant inspection.

The factory is fully certified to supply retail products in the UK and across Europe with IFS Higher level and BRC AA+ certification, which is the highest level of accreditation (the + denotes audits are conducted on an unannounced basis so the facility always operates at this level)
